Delete your account

In the app

• open Pílula Diária and go to Profile;
• tap Delete account;
• read the notice and confirm.

When you confirm, you are signed out and the deletion process starts.

If you cannot open the app

Write to ola@piluladiaria.app from your account's email, with the subject "Delete account". We may ask you to confirm the account is yours before deleting.

What we delete

• the sign-in methods (email and password, Apple, Google) and sessions;
• usage history and events, including the record that you ran searches and that you asked ConversarIA;
• preferences and the interest profile;
• saved items, the count of free pills used and referral codes;
• the notification link (we also ask OneSignal to remove it);
• if you used "Sign in with Apple", we revoke that authorization.

What may be kept

We keep, as commercial history: your name and email, the date the account was created and the date of deletion, and subscription and payment records (plans, dates, amounts and transaction identifiers). This is to record that you were our customer and to meet applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations, for as long as needed. These records give no access to the app. Payment providers (Apple, Google and Stripe) keep their own records under their own rules.

Deleting the account does not authorize us to send marketing. If you asked not to receive promotional messages, we keep that request with your email only to honor it. To ask for information or for these records to be erased, write to ola@piluladiaria.app; we will respond within the limits of the law.

If you have a subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel subscriptions made on the App Store or Google Play: cancel first, at App Store or Google Play, so you are not charged again.

If you used "Sign in with Apple"

In the app, we ask you to sign in with Apple again to confirm, and that lets us revoke the access. That isn't possible on the website: after deleting, remove Pílula Diária in your Apple ID settings, under "Sign in with Apple".

After deletion

Deletion cannot be undone. You can create a new account whenever you want; it starts from scratch: nothing that was deleted comes back. More details in the Privacy.
